Returns and refunds
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Refund Policy
Orders placed during the pre-order period are eligible for a full refund only until pre-orders close. Once the pre-order period has ended, all sales are final and refunds will no longer be available.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that production will not begin until the pre-order period has concluded. Funds collected during pre-orders are used to manufacture products and purchase shipping and packaging supplies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact the Linkon High team as soon as possible.
Email Cloudlychee8@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (if available)
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of any damaged packaging
Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Replacements
Replacement items are not guaranteed and are subject to available stock.
Inventory is produced primarily to fulfill pre-orders, contributor bundles, and a limited number of extra items to account for manufacturing defects or shipping damage before products reach our Shipping Mod. Because of this, replacement stock may be limited or unavailable.
If a replacement cannot be provided, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, but it is not guaranteed.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us and is eligible for reshipment, we are happy to resend it. However, the buyer is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs.
Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
The following situations may qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Missing or damaged items resulting from an error by the Linkon High team or the manufacturer.
- Orders lost or returned due to an error made by the Linkon High team (for example, if the shipping label does not match the address provided on the order).
Not Eligible for Full Refunds
We are unable to offer full refunds or replacements for the following situations:
- Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit or after delivery.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer.
- Address changes that were not communicated before shipping.
- Refusal to pay applicable customs duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, or import fees.
- Damage that occurs after delivery due to handling or accidental misuse (for example, dropping and breaking an item).
