Shipping Restrictions

Please Note: Linkon High is unable to accept orders shipping to Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Israel, or any other country or region listed on our Shipping Policies page. Orders placed with shipping addresses in these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

If you reside in one of these restricted regions, you are welcome to arrange forwarding through a trusted individual or forwarding service located in a country we are able to ship to. Any such arrangements are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital-only orders are not affected by these shipping restrictions, as they do not require physical shipment.

By purchasing Linkon High or any products offered through our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

FEES & LIABILITIES

The buyer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, and any other import-related fees required by their country.

If a buyer refuses to pay these fees and the order is returned or otherwise cannot be delivered, Linkon High will not provide a full refund or replacement package.

Linkon High is not responsible for any issues resulting from a buyer's failure to read or comply with the policies outlined in these Terms of Service.

GENERAL

• All artwork, merchandise, and digital content sold through this store may not be reproduced, modified, redistributed, or resold without the explicit permission of the original creators.
• Product images shown in our shop are intended as previews. Final products may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
• Bundle prices are based on production costs. Any remaining funds after production and fulfillment expenses have been covered will be distributed among the project's contributors.
• We cannot guarantee that any specific item or bundle will be available during leftover sales.

DISCLAIMERS

All products are inspected by our Shipping Mod prior to shipment for manufacturing defects or physical damage, including (but not limited to) scratches, cosmetic flaws, misprints, chips, and cracks.

Linkon High is an unofficial, fan-made project. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by INFOLD, nor do we claim ownership of the original intellectual property. All featured characters and associated rights belong to their respective copyright holders.

By purchasing Linkon High, you agree not to redistribute, reproduce, upload, print for redistribution, or otherwise distribute the zine or any of its contents for public circulation or commercial gain.

Digital content will be provided at a resolution suitable for personal viewing. To help protect our contributors and their work, digital files are not intended for high-quality printed reproduction.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with manufacturing, international shipping, customs processing, and delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

The Linkon High Mod Team reserves the right to cancel any order that violates these Terms of Service or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
