Shipping Information
Shipping rates are calculated based on U.S. shipping rates. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service selected, customs processing, and your local postal service.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, tariffs, severe weather, postal disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Due to ongoing changes in international tariffs and customs procedures, shipping delays should be expected.
If we are ultimately unable to ship your order after the pre-order period has ended, we will contact you via email to arrange a suitable resolution.
Depending on the total number of orders received, it may take up to two months to dispatch all packages once shipping begins. This timeline is an estimate and may change if necessary.
We will provide updates regarding production, shipping progress, and any potential leftover sales through our Twitter, Tumblr, and Bluesky accounts.
If you have any questions that are not addressed in these guidelines, please contact the Linkon High team.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and up to date. If your address changes after placing your order, please contact the Linkon High team as soon as possible with your updated information.
Before shipping begins, all buyers will receive an email requesting confirmation of their shipping address. We will also announce when these emails have been sent via our social media.
Linkon High is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or outdated addresses. Buyers may be required to pay additional shipping costs if a package must be resent.
Buyers are also responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, or other import fees required by their country. Please review your country's import regulations before placing an order.
DIGITAL CONTENT
Digital content will be distributed after all physical orders have been shipped.
PRODUCTION
Once pre-orders close, production is expected to take approximately 2–5 months, depending on manufacturer turnaround times and shipping schedules.
This timeframe includes merchandise production, proof approvals, any necessary revisions, and the shipment of finished products from the manufacturer to our shipping coordinator.
PACKAGING
Upon arrival from the manufacturer, our Shipping Mod will inspect all items to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Orders will be carefully packed using protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely.
LEFTOVER SALES
Any leftover sales will take place only after all physical orders have been delivered and sufficient time has passed to account for replacements due to damage or shipping issues.
Please note that Linkon High cannot guarantee that any specific products or bundles will be available during leftover sales.
